Please clap your hands together for East Atlanta’s newest resident, Cassandra! She just closed on this beautiful craftsman home within a short drive over to East Atlanta Village. I met Cassandra over a year ago when she inquired about a few different home options. We casually chatted back and forth for awhile about different options and this summer, we really began to look at more home options as they became available. Cassandra considered several options from townhomes, bungalows, and new construction. I enjoyed looking at the different options with her but when we viewed this craftsman in East Atlanta, even Cassandra said that this was one of the best ones she had seen.
Cassandra is right – this home is just lovely. I can’t get over the oh-so-beautiful manicured yard. I can imagine she will be enjoying many evenings hanging out on one of her 3 porch options entertaining friends – plus she has a fire pit in the backyard which will be so much fun in the fall/winter time. One other item that I love about this home is in the master bedroom – the master closet is one to be jealous of. It looks like a mini boutique store and almost serves as a little retreat area.
