Today is an exciting day for a new Edgewood townhome owner! Tyna just closed on a fabulous townhome in the Edgewood area. These set of newer construction townhomes have everything most townhome shoppers are looking for – modern updates, open living room/kitchen area, and there is a bonus 4th floor with a great terrace overlooking the city skyline which will be a perfect way to unwind and entertain in the evenings.
I really enjoyed getting to work with Tyna. When she first contacted me, she was interested in finding a home in the intown area that had a 2 car garage and a single story home. But, after we reviewed options of what was available and also realizing that most homes would require lawn work, we changed gears and started to focus on townhomes. Tyna was a bit shy of having to deal with stairs in townhomes but the perfection of this particular townhome won her over. There won’t be much she’ll need to do to this home but move on in and start adding her decorating touches.
I couldn’t be more happy to assist her with her purchase and am so happy that we were able to find something close into town!
