A big shout out goes to Rowan and Danielle who just bought a home in Stone Mountain! I feel so lucky because I just keep getting great clients to work with and Rowan and Danielle were no exception. This couple pretty much knew the area they wanted to live in and it was just a matter of waiting for the right house to come along. This was only the 2nd house we looked at and when I met Rowan to view it, I think we both agreed that the location was spot-on (near a lake and in a cul-de-sac…what could be better?) and the house/yard was beautiful. I also am pleased that this couple took my advice on using a suggested local lender who helped them with a smooth closing.
