Peachtree Hills is located south of Lindbergh Drive and just a bit north of I-85. It’s a small, quaint neighborhood where you will usually see a mom pushing a stroller, a retired couple taking a walk, and a little bit of everything else in between. It is close to the Lindbergh MARTA station and is right along Peachtree Street for quick access to both Buckhead and Midtown.

The average sales price over the past 6 months in Peachtree Hills has been just about $600K. Prices really can vary between the low $500’s up to $800K depending on size and how updated the home is. What I love about the home styles in this neighborhood is that there is a good mix of bungalows, cottages, and traditional styles. There are some condo options, but not a ton. Expect the condo buildings to be older and only 1-3 levels. The current 6 month average of a 2 bedroom/1 bath condo in Peachtree Hills is $139,000
Attractions in Peachtree Hills:
While there isn’t an abundance of attractions in this area, there are a few.
Dining & Shopping – Enjoy some wine tasting at PH Wine Merchant or grab a bite to eat at Treehouse Restaurant and Pub for lunch and for dinner, indulge in the oh-so-good KR Steakbar, owned by one of Atlanta’s famous chefs, Kevin Rathbun. His menu does not disappoint! As far as shopping goes, there is the Peachtree Battle shopping center along Peachtree Street which hosts a Publix, some boutique stores, and a delicious breakfast spot at Another Broken Egg that never disappoints.
- Public Park – Just across the street from KR Steakbar is the Peachtree Hills Park and tennis courts. Complete with playground equipment, a soccer field, tennis courts, and even a community garden, there is a little outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.
