Today I am thrilled to help my my most recent client, friend, and running pal Claire to home ownership! This is her first purchase and I couldn’t be more happy for the awesome condo she just purchased in Midtown. Claire moved to Atlanta over a year ago and first rented in Midtown. She fell in love with the location and knew she wanted to purchase something in the area. I can’t blame her. As a young professional and avid runner, you can’t beat the location! Her location is ideal for a quick jog over to Piedmont Park and an easy couple of steps over to Marta for her work commute (that is, if she isn’t riding her bike to work!).
We started taking a look at several 2 bedroom condo options early in the fall and quickly realized that Midtown condos don’t stay on the market long! After seeing a couple of possibilites quickly go under contract, Claire quickly stepped up her game and was ready to jump on the next potential. A couple of things that were must haves on Claire’s Midtown condo checklist included a 2 bedroom/2 bath which included a balcony. Can we say mission accomplished? Check out the views from Claire’s new bedroom and the view from her balcony where she plans to do yoga. I absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows. I can’t help but be slightly jealous!
