I had the pleasure of helping the McClures buy a mid-century modern home in Northcrest on Friday! They are first-time homebuyers and not only that, they bought the home while living in LA.  Although I wasn’t able to meet with them in person until the closing, I enjoyed working with them via phone, email, and text!  Such a super relaxed, sweet couple.  When I first spoke with the McClures, they were interested in finding a cute bungalow.  We considered an option in Grant Park but it had went under contract quickly.  Then, this mid-century modern popped up in the Northcrest area.  I took a video of the home for them and they loved it.
If you are unfamiliar with the Northcrest area, it is located in the Tucker area, just outside of where I-285 meets I-85.  The Northcrest neighborhood is notoriously known for having renovated and un-renovated mid-century modern homes.  This home in particular boasts a big front and backyard, has lovely wooden ceilings, and an updated open kitchen.  Not only did the McClures get the house, but we were able to snag up much of the furniture already in the home as well.  This will make their cross-country move easy-peasy.
Congratulations to the McClures on your new home.  Welcome to Atlanta!
