Please give me a “hip-hip hooray!” for this lovely family of 4! Michael and Camillia just closed on a traditional style home in Lilburn located on an excellent street in the Cedar Creek subdivision. This 4 bed/2.5 bath home has a super functional floor plan, especially with 2 young kiddos roaming around in the house. Michael & Camillia were referred to me buy some past clients (thanks Trisha & Matt!).
Their first target area was Tucker which has been a hot market over the past few years and we just weren’t having any luck with that area. Later, Michael & Camillia started to look in Lilburn and we soon saw that you can get a lot more for your money in this area. One of the must haves in their future home was having a basement and space in the backyard for their girls to play in. Check and check. The home is located in a terrific school district and situated on a friendly, quiet street. I’m so happy that we finally found a home (after an on-and-off search for almost a year!). Michael & Camillia were such wonderful people to work with and I still can’t get over how quickly they can load and unload their 2 young girls in and out of cars to view homes.
