Today marks an exciting day for a sweet couple I was so lucky to work with! Jorge and Christine are new loft owners just near the edge of Brookhaven. For first-time homebuyers, they navigated the home buying process like pros. Jorge and Christine asked a lot of good questions as they considered the pros and cons of each place we looked at. Their goal was to find a loft/condo or townhome they could live in for a few years and then eventually turn it into an investment property. Their wish list included 2 beds/2 baths with an open kitchen.
At first, when we scoured several condo options, there just didn’t seem to be anything that caught their eye (inventory in Atlanta is low these days!). However, when this loft became available and we walked in to view it for the first time, it was like a breath of fresh air! This loft is just perrrrfffect! I love how open the kitchen is and all the counter space that it offers. Plus, the terrace is going to be an awesome place to relax with a glass of wine.
Lofts are a very popular choice here in Atlanta and good ones don’t tend to stay on the market long. I’m so happy that Jorge & Christine found this one before others could snatch it. Congrats Jorge & Christine!
