Earlier today, I had the pleasure of watching Dan sign paperwork to becoming a homeowner for the first time. I truly had a great time working with him. He was so easy-going and on top of all of his paperwork. Originally, Dan wanted to have either a condo or townhome in Buckhead. After looking at several options within his budget, we just didn’t find the ONE. Most of them needed a bit of work, and that was not something Dan was interested in. His wish list included a fully upgraded kitchen, wood floors, and a 2 bedroom unit. About a week later, I spotted a condo just outside the perimeter that was screaming Dan’s name all over it. Sure enough, when he took a look for himself, Dan instantly knew he found his home. The condo is in a terrific complex and has fully upgraded everything! I love the granite countertop color against the dark wood cabinets and the open kitchen/living room area. Although Dan compromised on his original location preference, he got everything else on his wish list at a GREAT PRICE and he is still a short drive to Buckhead with easy highway access.
