Before the holiday season really gets into full swing, enjoy this upcoming weekend with parades, home tours, and a Beltline 10K which are all happening in Midtown/Virginia-Highland. See below for a timeline of festive activities this Saturday:
10:00AM-Noon – Get your run on by participating in the annual Atlanta Eastside Beltline 10K. I remember doing this race back in 2011 before the Beltline was paved. How things have changed in a few years! Race starts at 10AM and begins at Stoveworks at 11 Krog Street in Inman Park. To register for the event, sign up here. Did you know that Inman Park was named one of America’s hottest neighborhoods? It’s pretty evident as the inventory there is LOW. Check out all current homes for sale in Inman Park here.
10:30AM-Noon – Head over early to Peachtree St in Midtown to reserve your spot for the annual Children’s Christmas Parade, sponsored by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Rain or shine, it will be happening. Click here for complete details. While you are there, you can’t help but notice all the condo buildings in there area. If you are curious to see the current condo listings in Midtown, view my Midtown condo page here.
11:00AM-1:ooPM – If you are a dog lover, you can’t miss seeing the Reindog Parade at the Botanical Gardens. Dogs all dressed up for the Christmas season will be competing for prizes. You can sign up your dog or just go to watch. Click here for full details of the Reindog Parade.
