Avondale Estates

A few miles east of City of Decatur is the Avondale Estates. Avondale Estates is its own incorporated city with around 3,500 in population. If you are looking for charm, walkability, green spaces, and breweries, Avondale Estates has it all! This city brings small town charm and gets national recognition for its growing brewery district and makes the list of one of the nation's best small town family feels. To the north of the city is the distinct commercial district, featuring tudor style commercial buildings which includes numerous local restaurants and coffee shops.
