Pine Hills is a serene lower Buckhead neighborhood that is conveniently located just north of I-85 and next to Hwy 400. The rolling hills and tall pine trees in this neighborhood give Pine Hills a majestic feel. Lot sizes are decent and one can find large, custom homes mixed in with a few ranches and mid-century modern homes. Home prices range from the low $600's for a smaller ranch/fixer upper up to $3MM for a large custom home with 6,000+ square feet. Pine Hills has a private community swim and tennis country club called Roxboro Valley Association Swim & Tennis Club that residents can join. Pine Hills is also just minutes away from Buckhead shopping and restaurants, the Marta station, and close access to a spur that connects to Path400, an approximatley 5 mile walking/jogging path. Pine Hills sits on the division of Fulton and Dekalb county so there are 2 different schools zoned to this community, depending on which side residents live on. On the Fulton county side, schools zoned to Pine Hills are: Sarah Smith Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta high school. On the Dekalb side, the schools are: Woodward Elementary, Sequoyah Middle School, and Cross Keys High School.
