Peachtree Hills is a charming southern Buckhead neighborhood that could be considered an entry-level neighborhood into the Buckhead area. Price points are slightly lower with beginning prices starting in the mid-$600's for a small bungalow (most likely a 2/2) and go up to $1.5MM for a renovated craftsman home. Bungalow homes are prevalent in this area and exude great charm, but also slightly quirky layouts. The yard spaces are smaller but neighbors do take nice care of their lawns. Residents can enjoy being close to many of the Buckhead amenities, such as shopping/dining near Lenox and Phipps Plaza and also a quick drive over to the Peachtree Battle shopping center. Peachtree Hills has a few restaurants such as the staple casual eatery, Treehouse Restaurant and Pub, J. Christopher's, and Cork Cellar's wine store. Plus, Peachtree Hills runs just along the northern edge of the Beltline trail and also close proximity to hop onto the Path400 trail. Schools zoned to this neighborhood include E. Rivers Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.
