Woodland Hills

Woodland Hills is a small community located just north of the Emory campus. It is comprised of many older small cottage/ranch style homes however newer construction has started to creep into the area. Considering it's close Intown Atlanta location, the home price-points in Woodland Hills are quite attractive. Price ranges for an older ranch style home range in the low $500's-upper $600K range. Newer construction is selling around $1MM-$1.2MM. This neighborhood is generally quiet and you'll find friendly neighbors out walking their dogs. There is an active train line that runs along the edge of this neighborhood, so that is one noise you may hear depending on how close you live near the railroad tracks. This is one reason prices stay a little more on the affordable side compared to other neighborhoods. It's all a trade-off!
