Sagamore Hills

Living in Sagamore Hills is the perfect Atlanta neighborhood for someone that wants a slightly suburban feel, yet close to the city, and also a much more affordable home price than some of the closer Intown Atlanta neighborhoods. Sagamore Hills is comprised up mainly of 1960's ranch homes with large sprawling lots. This is a perfect community for those looking for single level living. Many of the ranch homes have been updated to modern living standards (of course, the more updated it is, the more pricey it will become) but there are still some fixer uppers that are attractive for those wanting to put in some sweat equity. While Sagamore Hills doesn't offer much walkability or destinations to shop/dine at, it does have quick access to I-85 and located to nearby restaurants in the Oak Grove neighborhood. Sagamore Hills includes a couple of neighborhood Swim/Tennis communities (Sagamore Community Club Pool & Briarcliff Woods Beach Club) and the Sagamore Hills Elementary school.
