Reynoldstown

Living in Reynoldstown

The Atlanta neighborhood of Reynoldstown has seen rapid transformation. Many older, dilapidated homes have been torn down and replaced with new modern single-family homes. Younger professionals and families are moving into the Reynoldstown neighborhood and enjoy all the surrounding amenities that are within a short walk or drive. The Atlanta Beltline runs almost through the center of the neighborhood so no matter where you live in the area, you are within walking distance to Beltline access. Hop on the Beltline and head south to grab coffee at Muchacho or other dining options at Madison Yards. Or head north and find more dining options along the Beltline in Inman Park. Locals love to hang out at a quaint cafe and dog park called Park Grounds. Another fantastic feature about Reynoldstown is that residents are only about a 3 minute drive from everyday shopping needs at the Edgewood retail district (Kroger, Target, Lowe’s, Office Depot, and more) plus direct access to the MARTA. As you wander through Reynoldstown, you’ll notice that the roads are narrow and the lots will be small with minimal yard space. However, the prices will be slightly lower than other walkable neighborhoods such as Inman Park/Old Fourth Ward/Virginia Highland.
