Peoplestown

Peoplestown is a small Intown Atlanta neighborhood that flies a bit under the radar. It is located next door to some growing popular neighborhoods such as Summerhill and Grant Park. However, don't sleep on Peoplestown. It is a Beltline neighborhood that has growth potential. Full of small bungalows, one can find homes in a more affordable Intown price point between $400K-$600K. While Peoplestown has been lacking in commercial retail, that is about to change. Peoplestown Coffee has already opened, providing a local hangout spot. Plus, large apartment complexes have been built right along the Beltline and a new food hall is opening (called Terminal South) which will be a welcoming addition to the neighborhood that lacks any restaurants. Peoplestown has a rich history with many homes owned by long-term residents yet it is attracting younger professionals due to it's lower entry-level price point and proximity to the center of the city and other nearby attractions.
