Ormewood Park

If you are considering living in Ormewood Park, this Atlanta neighborhood is going to give you a very family-friendly vibe. Many young families live in this area but there are still young professionals who buy their first home here and there will be some older residents that have lived in this neighborhood for years. Ormewood Park is just south of I-20, located between Grant Park and East Atlanta. A mix of older bungalows and craftsman styles will be mixed in with newer craftsman construction (and sprinkled in will be a few modern home styles as well). While there are not as many attractions in Ormewood Park such as parks and restaurants, Ormewood Park is very close to East Atlanta Village and Grant Park which offers an array of dining options. Running along the western border of Ormewood Park is the Beltline giving residents easy access to connect to other neighborhoods. Ormewood Park is home to the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter middle school and residents of Ormewood Park are given top enrollment priority.
