Midtown

If you’re wanting a true Atlanta city life feel, Midtown Atlanta is the place for you. Midtown has easy access to I-85/75 and is directly next to the popular Piedmont Park which holds numerous festivals, music events, group fitness classes, and road races including the world’s biggest 10K race (the Peachtree Road Race) held every 4th of July. There is no shortage of entertainment around here – The Fox Theatre, the Museum of Fine Arts, and excellent restaurants (including Ecco, Empire State South, South-City Kitchen, and Livingston Restaurant & Bar). Midtown real estate has been booming, with more developments of high-rise condos/apartments being built near/along Peachtree St. If you prefer a single-family home, Midtown has a small section of homes as well, but be prepared for small lots and being very close to your neighbors. Residents love Midtown’s central location and ease of walking to an endless number of events happening in the area + easy access to MARTA. Another added bonus is that if you work in Midtown, your commute is one of the shortest in the city!
