Lynwood Park

A small yet close-knit northern Brookhaven neighborhood is Lynwood Park. This neighborhood includes a lot of newer craftsman/traditional homes built in the last 10-15 years. The lots are skinny so many homes are built narrow and tall and are packed in very close together. One advantage of this neighborhood is that you can find rather newer style homes without the pricier price-tag of a home located further south in areas such as Ashford Park & Drew Valley. Residents love strolling over to the community park (Lynwood Park) which includes playground equipment, tennis courts, a community building. Plus, the new addition of Lynwood's Splash Park and swimming pool + soccer fields recently opened in the summer of 2023. It's definitely a popular place to bring the kids!
