Living in Glenwood Park is a perfect community for those that want a simple maintenance lifestyle, especially those that travel a ton! (Did you know the Atlanta airport is only about 15-20 minutes from Glenwood Park?) Most of the homes in Glenwood Park are cluster or patio homes, townhomes, and condos, making yard maintenance almost non-existent. But, if you still want some green space, not to worry. There is the oval shaped Glenwood Park that offers a nice green space including a playground. Glenwood Park has become a very walkable Atlanta neighborhood due to it's very own handful of restaurants (Jeni's Ice Cream, the Gunshow to name a few) plus it is located along the Atlanta Beltline. Because of the Atlanta Beltline, residents of Glenwood Park can easily hop on the trail and head up to Reynoldstown for more dining options around the Madison Yards development, Atlanta Dairies, or can head south over to Grant Park for more restaurants at the Beacon. Additionally, a newer Kroger is located in the neighborhood along with a Chick-Fil-A that is always popular.
