Candler Park

Residents love living in Candler Park due to its family-friendly atmosphere, proximity to all things Intown Atlanta, and the huge mix of charming bungalows that can be found in this Atlanta neighborhood. Residents also enjoy the jogging/bike trail Freedom Parkway (located at the northern edge of the neighborhood) which feeds into the Atlanta Beltline to the east and  the Candler Park 9-hole golf course to the west. Next to the golf course is a shady park, full of children’s playground equipment, a public swimming pool, and a tennis court.  In the fall, this park is the home of the annual Candler Park Festival filled with music, food, art, and a home tour. Also in this neighborhood is the original Flying Biscuit restaurant. If you haven’t tried out their breakfast, make sure to do so.  Their biscuits are amazing! Other restaurants in Candler Park include La Fonda, Felini's Pizza, and the popular Candler Park Market.
