Antonio and Patricia bought a townhome near Emory today! Hip hip hooray! This was a little bit of a crazy story on how this one was purchased. I had met Antonio and Patricia about a month ago to look at one potential townhome option in Decatur. Although it wasn’t the one, I told Antonio & Patricia that I’d pass along other options that I thought might work. They were looking to move closer to their children/grandchildren (I later found out their daughter has triplets!!) near Emory. One day this beautiful townhome hit the market but the problem was that Antonio and Patricia were traveling out of the country for over a month. So, I met their lovely daughter to check out the townhome and we both agreed it was a great one.
The spacious end-unit townhome features tall ceilings, 2 bedrooms downstairs, a HUGE master bedroom & bathroom upstairs, and a larger than normal guest bedroom upstairs. I also think Antonio & Patricia will enjoy their outside terrace complete with a relaxing water fountain. We wasted no time in making an offer on the home. Even though Antonio & Patricia hadn’t seen the home in person, they did see a home tour video I made of the home plus they had their trusted daughter to report back on her opinion. Besides the townhome being beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I just had a hunch that they would love this one.
